1. Introduction

Welcome to SeeDo®, a social media application developed by "Vidual" OOD, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Republic of Bulgaria. SeeDo® enables users to create and share visual guides, bite-sized tutorials, educational content, DIY materials and other user generated content.

By accessing or using SeeDo®, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the SeeDo® application.

2. Eligibility

To use SeeDo®, you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). If you are under 16, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use SeeDo®.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with others or use another user's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Use SeeDo® for unauthorized commercial activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse SeeDo®'s services.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share on SeeDo®.
• By posting content, you grant "Vidual" OOD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content for the purposes of operating and promoting SeeDo®.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate copyright laws or third-party rights.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. By using SeeDo®, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• "Vidual" OOD owns all rights, title, and interest in SeeDo®, including its trademarks, logos, and software.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute SeeDo®'s content without prior authorization.

8. Termination

• "Vidual" OOD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• SeeDo® is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• "Vidual" OOD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of SeeDo®.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the competent courts of Bulgaria.

11. Changes to These Terms

"Vidual" OOD may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of SeeDo® constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
